  1. 1Download "My Contacts Backup" free from the App Store
  2. 2Open it and tap Backup
  3. 3Tap the share icon → Save to Files app
  4. 4Come back here and upload that file

  1. 1Open Contacts app
  2. 2Tap menu → Fix & Manage → Export to file
  3. 3Save the .vcf to your device
  4. 4Upload it here
